The plain-English version of how projects, quotes and payments work — no jargon, just what to expect.
Quotes & Acceptance
Every quote is free, with no obligation to proceed. Quotes are valid for the period stated on the document — after that, prices may need to be reconfirmed. A quote is accepted by replying to confirm, or by signing and returning it, whichever's easiest.
Deposits & Payment
Most projects require a 50% deposit to begin, with the remaining balance due on completion and sign-off. Paying a deposit confirms your acceptance of the quote and these terms, and secures your place in the schedule — from that point, the deposit is non-refundable. Bank transfer is preferred, using the invoice or quote reference as payment reference.
Keeping Things Moving
Projects move fastest with regular back-and-forth. If we lose touch for more than 14 days, the project may be paused, and after 28 days without contact it will be treated as closed. Restarting after that point would mean a fresh quote, based on availability at the time.
Revisions & Additional Work
Reasonable revisions during the build are part of every project. Work outside the original quote — new features, extra pages, or changes once a project is signed off — is scoped and quoted separately before starting.
